Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of sourced orders by the client within 7 days will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. Return of brand-new sealed items within 7 days will attract a 5% charge for administration costs. Return of opened items with original packaging within 7 days will attract a 25% charge for administration costs.
No return will be accepted without original packaging.
Defective goods will be accepted for return, all items will be assessed and swapped out only if the item is defective within the 7 day out of box failure period. Outside the 7-day out of box failure period items will be repaired and sent back to the customer.
Physical/Liquid damage will void any warranty.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Customer Service Manager ([email protected]).
